Some question on post wo shake -

Anyone tried Nutrabolics Anabolic Window (post WO shake) before? On paper, it has almost everything needed post wo - timed release carb, fast protein, creatine & those amino. The price is ok-ok, RM 7 per serv when compared to own mix post wo shake, (~ same or more if you use "high end" protein & carb )

I check on the some online review - some says it work, some reviewers say it doesn't. (they compared it to dark matter)

Any sifu here tried these post wo products (Anabolic Window, Dark Matter or own mix shake....etc), can share your experience, especially in term of gain & recovery

Personally, if they are almost the same, i would like to try it as it is cheaper than other post wo shake and save me all the effort to buy all those powder and get em mix.

@Pedro - Did u add any protein powder to it for post wo shake? the protein content seems a bit less. Or you take another shake after that?
