got a question here, do u guys drink protein at one go or drink it slowly? some ppl say drink it too fast the body cant absorb them and go to waste

hi guys i've a question to ask, why is the color of my dymatize superamino 4800 in brown color? aint it suppose to be blue as shown in pics?

good thing i bought the old stock, i hav seen pictures about the blue ones, the colorings will come off and it looks disgusting
