Most cases is not about how much protein you take, but seriously how hard do you train. Are you really going for your max rep, or are you playing it safe? also how long are you resting between sets. I've seen a lot of guys who jack up with supplements show very little results. Look into your training regime bro. If you're good here, then it could be you're over training as well.
