I posted my question up there but no one reply so trying my luck here.
I have been working out for 2months now and consume weight gainer for about a month after my workout. I just finished my weight gainer and was wondering should I keep consuming weight gainer until like 75kg then cut down back lean or getting lean now with more muscles?
From what I heard from seniors from my gym, they said whey is for muscle growth when u have enough mass? Is that true?
So now question is I should buy whey or weight gainer?
