Not the best tasting protein blend out there but it works. Very effective.

I dont know about you guys, the other day Ego nutritions send me a pack of ultimate nutrition whey(cookie cream). downed it, tasted more like lychee . somehow it doesnt feel right.

If you're looking for taste, forget about Muscle Infusion. But it's effective in the sense of being a protein blend supplying quick and sustained release protein as well as keeping you satiated for a while till your next meal. I've had decent gains on this.

I am about 70kg and 175cm. I m planning to buy the Serious Mass for weight gain, my question is do i need to consume it everyday or only the day i go to the gym? As i only go to the gym 2-3 times per week.

And say if i consume the serious mass, do i still need to consume whey protein after workout?

Okok... I guess i tasted the worst is ON whey vanilla flavour... Don't really like the taste...
