As for me, I can't afford to get Personal Trainer or PT. My only PT is Youtube. laugh.gif

Its all about lifting YOUR max rep bro. For example if benching 5kg is your max, then lift that instead. Lifting too heavy will just botch your form entirely or even worse, cause unnecessary injuries. As time passes, you'll gradually get stronger, lift heaver and get bigger. That's how all the big guys here got it. I can honestly tell you that the ones you see with serious results are not EGO lifters & those who lift with their EGO are still hoping and trying to be like the rest of us.

Go slow, listen to your body. You'll know when you're lifting too much. A good rule here is to keep things simple 3 sets (8-12) reps. And of course, don't rest too long between sets either keep it to a max of 30secs. Yep, 30 seconds bro... You'll sweat buckets but most importantly, you'll get stronger. If you can read, then you don't need a PT. Do your reading and you'll be fine. Here's a good site that I'll seriously recommend to everyone:

http://www.simplyshredded.com/

Pretty awesome site indeed. Loaded with good info, good pictures and (ya knoe what I'm gonna say next rite biggrin.gif )

You know there are some brands out there which are falling into the trend of maxing out stimulants until they forget that other ingredients are equally important. Which is why Superpump MAX has actually less stimulants but is still better in some ways.

one whole chicken erm... depends the market price.. 1kg = 8++ or sometime 9++ so, a chicken sometime is 1kg++

chicken breast 1 kg Rm11 - Rm 13 the aunty said the market price change from time to time wan.. Duno the chicken aunty in the market cheat me or not but still cheaper if buy from the chicken rice stall. One whole chicken might cause RM 30++ . So why don't buy whole chicken and boil it at home to eat. Save some bucks here...

Perhaps dory fish is good as well. 1kg around Rm7. Can get from tesco at my place.

Currently, i don't have place to cook as i move into new place. So, rely on tuna in water and some chicken rice around my office which is costly. One lunch cost around Rm10 sigh.. I try to save but currently cant.

i guess when he said "30 seconds max" and "sweating buckets", i doubt its about strength training
more like hypertrophy?

but i dont get the term "max"
is it one rep max or? if 1 rep max, the rest period is kind of shyte since how can one attack the same muscle spot after failure? doing so furthers the stupidity as it leads to injury

but i always believe one gets stronger outside the gym i.e. sleep and good fuel (carbs) and micronutrients

as for
