yes, its ok to take superpump with the protein choices above. superpump is just a nitric oxide supplement that helps you to get the pump during your workouts. Dont forget to cycle you nitric oxide supplement though.

last time, i used to have my whey protein about 1 hour before training and my nitric oxide half an hour before training. That was ok right ?
