If you want to buy Creatine Monohydrate just make sure it's Creapure Germany since the creatine is pure and high quality...ON is using creapure so is a few other supp company...Latest Creatine Hydrocloride is just overrated as I read in a few article  online saying is just to expensive and it's effect is the same...Just Creatine Hydrocloride is said to dissolve faster but test shown even the slower dissolving Creatine Mono also work as well and not to say it's cheaper...

in fact not all of you need it. gauge yourself if you really need a pre-w/o boosters, dark needs it cuz he works graveyard shifts and gets minimal amount of sleep. If you guys have enough rest during the night and proper nutritional intake, you will be able to lift just fine.

I haven used any pre-w/o since finishing those free samples of No-Xplode I got. Pre-W/o gives you extra focus and better pump but you guys can still achieve that without the use of it. Use it when necessary as in when you feel like crap, not at pleasure. Soon enough nothing's gonna feel anything anymore.

And cycle your pre-w/os. Have it like 2 months on 2 months off, 3 months on 2 months off etc etc.
