My suggest to you if possiable split those electric / Painting / concreate wor.
example: Painting work, are you beenc calc double as each listed item that have a paint cost.
Wiring work...how much they acutally charge for 13am? 220 for one or 380 for 2???

Long list and confuse...and you may also been double charge but not sure ll

For item 7, since like already a cost for a terassa house in / out work cost, hence why you still need to pay for other sub item???
