Guys, did any of your HuaWei VDSL modem get overheat too fast?

SNR reading from MDF room to home wall plug is good.. 27db Upstream n Downstream...so what else the issue? Not the modem?
Tired with the TM Level1 help desk..my ticket is not going anywhere :-(

i cant even call the freaking helpdesk...everytime i call keep getting the automated message say all their customer service is busy bla bla bla...

strange...mine was fine for the first 4 days after installed and on 5th days it start running hot until u can fried egg on top... and the internet connection keep drop due to VDSL modem overheat and hang...
i tried use notebook cooling pad but it aint working....so i mod my spare 120mm fan with a male USB connector to "blow" it, after all no issue until today sad.gif
