The additional charge is because of install at Upper floor is not standard practice according to the contractor Non-standard installation would include, amongst others, fibre coming in through the roof (versus via a drilled hole), running inside the plaster ceiling (concealed), length of fibre exceeding 15m, etc. They *should* give out a receipt or order sheet for these charges.
