mine was down until i off and on the modem... now its back to normal... awesome speed..

Hi people, I just got my Unifi installed last Sunday. I was trying to install the IPTV by myself, but however when I tried to watch the IPTV, it requires me to login with a User ID and PIN. I wonder what are the ID and PIN, tried using the unifi id and password for myUnifi and myEmail, didnt work? anyone can help?
