guys, do u think that after we finish the 2 years contract, we will get discount for the monthly fees?
Because the amount we pay right now surely including the equipment cost. Just like streamyx last time.. |

Guys, I plan to do a relocation. My unifi is VDSL2. I plan to move to a different block. Here are the questions:
1) Can I still use the same number? 2) How soon will they do the relocation? Will the waiting list would be as long as new installation? |

The Unifi centre told me just now that nowadays it would be hard to reach them as the call centre can't cope with so many callers. They are recruiting more workers to handle this.
On the mean time, u have to wait more than 5 minutes to reach them.. |
