Previously when I saw so many people complained about the DIR-615, I equally wonder why, so I tried to dig more info.....

I was referring here
it seem like the DIR-615 has many different models running on both Ralink & Atheros chipset:
C1, C2 = Atheros AR9130@400
D1, D2, D3, D4 = Ralink RT3052F@384
E1, E3, E4 = Atheros AR7241@400

The DIR-615 from TM is model G1 & G2, runs on RT3052F@384
The G1 FCC ID: KA2DIR615G1
Indicated that the antenna gain is only 1.8dBi ....  sweat.gif

Well surprisingly my G1 is rather good, I toss all kind of stress, torrent, IPTV at the same time, but it still doesnt wanna break, One day I call TM to check my telephone line problem, that TM technician come "stole" it from me by exchanging it to G2. G2 is working pretty well now. I never really have a chance to use my RB250GS and 750G. tongue.gif

I heard from my friend said TM consider charging money on special numbers like what the JPJ did on car number plate. not sure his source is true or not.

well mine is 4 same xxxx digit at the back tongue.gif Early bird ftw.

Bro, don't regret la, IT technology & experience keep evolving ma, who knows later you will also regret on the RB750G tongue.gif
If I really look at my store room, I have many "regrets" then .... wink.gif

I'm sure you find the need for RB250GS, may be like JinXXX's guide on vlans truncking brows.gif

Lol i understand the use RB750G, since I got only 2 routers. I can treat one as back up while using another one.

but why the heck I need so many LAN switches tongue.gif I got like 4 LAN switches already. 2 5-port Switches, two 4-port streamyx modem router that can turn into switch. sweat.gif

and I only have 2 PCs, 2 Laptop, 2 other LAN devices. Not enough PC to connect all together tongue.gif
