They are struggling to meet the demand. I think Unifi is really doing well in terms of number of customers. Sad part is TM is only giving out installation contract to Malay (Bumi). i just made appointment with unifi to come fix my problem cause first installation failed due to signal problem. They said they fixed already and now need to make another appointment for them to come complete the installation. Guess what? Appointment is on 13 June!!! Have to wait freaking 2 months.

10k Club All Stars 10,429 posts Joined: Jan 2003	Anyone got guide on connecting to Unifi using own wifi router? I tried using linksys w54gl with tomato firmware but it can't connect. Any idea how to solve this? How come it works using windows pppoe dialed but not router?

Since the lines are using fiberoptic cable now, theoretically it should be less prone to lightning strike. What you guys think?
