So i dropped the DIR615 in favour of the TP Link WR841N v7.2. Worked like a charm, and wifi radius within the house greatly increased(almost double)

TM not picking up my calls  Subang area here, net disconnected around 4.30pm yesterday as well. My TP-Link router log writes (Max user sessions reached) which I believe my account is "stuck" on their end.
