Have you tried resetting router settings to defaults and using ethernet connection, only setting up Unifi username and password? Assuming you had not redacted the logs too much, the issue could be below:

"Apr 11 13:21:03  ","PPP: Connection terminated."
"Apr 11 13:20:47  ","PPP: No response to 14 LCP echo requests."

It's definitely not the router. The Huawei dies, even if I leave the wireless router switched off and disconnected.
VOIP light goes red. My phone has a dialtone, but I get busy tone whenever I call anywhere. I also can't call my number from my cellphone.

What's really disturbing is that I got this installed on the 28th of last month, and it still isn't working - what kind of service is this?
It's even worse than Streamyx, and that was pretty awful. Also, even though it's an upgrade, they didn't automatically cancel the Streamyx, so I'm paying double this month - and getting no phone, no internet and no tv.

i got the exactly same problem since couple of hours ago. this is the 3rd time happened to me. damn bad luck..

my dsl link is up and stable. my voip light is red.. and i cant dial connection.

just contacted CS they reset my port still doesnt work. they said on their side detected my voip is up but unable to get thru..

haih... i just got my unifi less than a month..

shamal: where do u stay?

It happened to me on the first day I got unifi installed.
Then I was out of town for a week.
It was fine when I got back (I had filed a report, so I assumed they'd fixed it).
But after just one day of use, the problems started again.

If I'm not wrong, currently we can use DD-WRT (Atheros or Ralink chip only) to create higher vlan ID 500 and assign to wan port for internet only, still unable to create another vlan 600 for IPTV. Broadcom chip can create multiple vlans and tag to ports, unfortunately the Broadcom chip cannot handle vlan ID more than 2 digits I guess:

Yes, they changed my router after confirmed breakdown. i lost connection for like 5 days follow by they didn't provide my email user id, unifi portal access code and hotzone. Im claiming for all the dysfunction in their work system. They keep asking me to call Unifi hotline . What's the point? I have to pay for the call for just making a report? A report can be made in MyUnifi Portal. They should not be greedy in charging clients phone call. After all, one phone call to make report, second phone call to diagnose suspected problem , 3rd phone call to report again, etc. etc???

when u guys doing the dsl test or speedtest, must we disconnect any torrents program or running program that streams?

Of course, common sense will tell you that. If you want to see what is the maximum speed of your car you must first ensure that there are no other traffic on the highway to have an accurate result right ?

does playing online game have much differences between unifi and streamyx? cause ping is not really that much tied in with the download speed. although i do know if someone share internet and is ppstreaming, then sure ping will be high even is for unifi. right?

does danau impian condo got unifi already?

I'm using VIP5 since Oct 2010 n satisfied with their coverage.
My prob is, my bos want 2 posting me to borneo n there is no unifi coverage..
I've go to SC to ask if i can void the contract n they say can n no penalty will be charge, but i have pay all the balance left until end contrct..

Means if i trnsfer 2 borneo on Oct 2011, i've pay lumpsum 12 month left even i didn't use the service, very upset about it n i'm sure a lot of users don't know about this..

I don't know what should i do n wait until that day is come..
