Cool!
so far does it work?
my request for rebate with tm still pending and been told that normally it takes from 1 to 3 months for process. Hope everyone understand their process and continue to provide them the logs and data to prove the downtime. If everyone are doing the same, i think we are going to see improvement in service soon. thumbup.gif
Mine took about 1 month.
RM100 rebate for my VIP20 package because of multiple IPTV failures and they could not give me a timeline on when the problem will be fixed.

haha at least you got it, and it shows they're not lying when they're going to rebate.

I got my answer from them going to rebate my bill as well, how much, I'm not sure.

You need to access the DIR-615 router web config and then from there you disconnect the PPPOE session and it will automatically reauthenticate and get a new IP.

Got it TQ rclxms.gif

i always get 175.x.x.x range IP, Any chance of getting 110.x.x.x range IP?

Download from fileserve quite unstable range avg 200-350kbps, but when i try speedtest it is 6++ kbps. Is this normal?
