Streamyx zone account is free for unifi user, but when i use my login and password at streamyx zone, i couldn't login with the given username and password at all.

streamyx zone password is different from your account password. this unifi really must put up better FAQ on their website.

if u are unifi users, before u put in uid and password, you have to select unifi at the drop down box. then put in the login details


from what other users mentioned, it's some kind of wifi refresh. but it also work for automatic wifi connection or something similar to that.

Need some guide from lowyat sifu. Anyone have change the dlink router to cisco 1841? My office is using 20MB unifibiz and i try to change the dlink router to Cisco 1841 with this config http://unifi.athena.my/config/cisco1841.txt. I can get internet but cannot access some website such as cisco.com, microsoft.com and other mnc company websites. I though it was DNS problem but i can surf to other website and also i even can ping www.cisco.com but the funny thing i cannot browse to the page. But after revert back to dlink router everything working fine. I can access the cisco website like normal. Anyone please help....tq

make sure u put the word correctly.... the username is like this.... XXX@StreamyxZone...

if cannot, try change the password at unifi portal.... then try again.... remember put the correct keyword....

I'm not too sure about that. I've only had to put in my userid without appending @StreamyxZone. But first be sure to choose unifi user from the drop-down menu.
