called TM since i'm losing my VOIP signal and have to restart the modem just to get it back.. but it wont last long. after a while the VOIP signal will not even lit up.

They say they'll connect from their side and check my modem/routers...weird. till now, no calls from them yet.

Had the same issue of being connected but unable to surf earlier. Started from about 1.30pm and lasted for an hour. Restart modem/router so many times, can get connected with an IP but unable to surf. Really frustrated when this happens.

Doubt restarting the modem is going to help. Been doing that countless times. Gave up in the end and decided to just use Shitmyx. vmad.gif

When i called CS yesterday and when i mentioned KJ, that girl went "oh!, that place very problematic..."

tonite only i'll get to check again whether i can surf without restarting my modem.

Could it be because of the damn dlink router? lol

I noticed one thing when I watch videos from YouTube, when I first load the video my connection will hit my max speed about 4.6-4.8mbps and once it buffers to about 1/4 of the video, it automatically slows down to about 1.5mbps.

Is this some sort of "throttling" by TM? sweat.gif

same here.VIP 5 user.exactly what u've said.

regarding the connection, wil go home test mine. so far ok

connection very good. no problem.no idea what happen after 60gb limit reached.

Don't think so, I'm using my own router for this and it's having the same issue. It's quite clear that the problem is on TM's side considering that we are connected with an IP address but we are not able to do anything with it like browsing websites. Weird thing is we can still ping the sites/servers. sweat.gif

Are you using the DIR-615 default config?

some say throttle down to >1mb..

some say throttle half of your actually speed (e.g vip5 throttle to 2.5mb)

some say, wait till they really implement it then you will know the answer..
