actually there are already folder apps available on the market, eg. Simi Folder, Folder Organizer, etc smile.gif

or if you're on MIUI, the folder is actually one of the main widgets that comes with it

no, the RAM & ROM (especially) actually don't play a big part in this, its all about the code optimization
