1) Dynamic tone
2) Got experience on stage
3) Presentable ... but not "very over"
4) Open minded and sharing music ideology
5) Other music instrument talent would be an advantage
6) It would be grateful, you can share YOUTUBE videos of your own singing. So we can judge you earlier... before wasting time making appointments and audition.
