just now I went post office and send a mail by A.R. Registered.

Problem is the person at the counter was a trainee, he nt sure the procedure

I also that time not really sure as it is my first time using this service, so I maybe fill in the A.R. Card wrongly, because I suddenly remember that I didn't find any column to fill in my return address, so how they going to send the AR card back to me once my recipient signed? ... I afraid later the whole letter didnt arrive and just stucked at post office... how?

ya after I realised the problem, I went back to the post office already, the fella said the letter has been collected by the postman and sent to the depot!

Another guy at the post office (not the trainee) said he is not sure wat will happen as this is a rare case...

Maybe I have to follow gabanpink's suggestion and call 1300300300

if the recipient refused to receive the item @ no recipient, your mail will straight go to 'dead letter office' (since you did not include your address in the ar card). it is impossible for you to track down your item once it is already there. however, you can still get your mail back but depends on them.

Actually, its an application form + bank-in slip for some certificate ... i paid the application fee RM100 thru bank-in and they wanted to have the original bank-in slip for their records so I sent to them by A.R. Registered... so the letter just containing 1 piece of A4 paper (borang) and bank-in slip.

Now the tracking number says "Delivered at 500000 PPB KUALA LUMPUR" but earlier it said Dispatch to 512100 .... so dunno what happened... the recipient of the letter said he havent receive anything..

Btw, thanks in advance for your help smile.gif

now learnt from my mistake... since it was an item which required fast, I guess I should have send by pos express...

haih xpe la... blaja drp mistake kali ni..

***UPDATE: My recipient said he received the letter already. The postman came yesterday but didn't hon or anything, straight away put the card in the mailbox and their office boy had to go to pejabat pos besar to collect it .... ==" ... and secondly I never receive back the A.R. card due to the error of the post office staff (stated in 1st post)

Next time I will be more careful since originally its my mistake this time.. and hopefully POS Malaysia also be more efficient especially with A.R. Registered service.

Thanks to all who gave advices and even gabanpink who kindly offer to help. =)
