i heard. i found that insight soundproof is nothing better than my NHC. sweat.gif

Added on May 21, 2011, 9:52 pmInsight's engine started using IMA motor. Hence no cranking sound.

Look carefully below/nearby intake manifold, Insight did have a normal starter unit but that will only be used when the IMA system is too low on battery (the 100v one), or that battery konged redy shocking.gif shocking.gif

At least they have back-up plan.

Just had another DIY after the blue background Honda Emblem.

This time I've changed the rear plate light to super bright LED.

Bought those commercial use super bright LED and the brightness is so bright till the floor also can see.

how many times is the ima gonna work? what is the lifespan of the ima?
i heard an electronic motor is expensive..
so if i stuck in jam daily.. then the ima will start stop a lot of times!

i tinted the 3M crystaline solar film yesterday on my insight.

CR 70 for both front windscreen and front rear windows (driver and front passenger)
CR40 for both back rear windows and rear windscreen

the CR40 is good, which it reduces significant sunlight into the rear part of the car. tongue.gif

got 5 years warranty mah, but of course if u want to take care of the battery. then suggest u turn off the econ mode, which it reduces significantly on the number of auto-stop tongue.gif

HID conversion kit? H11 type will do. But getting into that area is a pain in the ass coz our Insight undercarriage is all covered up nicely to reduce drag. You gonna need to remove the whole front bumper. Watch the video below.
