I am planning to do some sound proof on my 4 doors for insight and NHC. Did anyone can recommend a shop with good quality and competitive rate to me?
Thanks a lots.
wow u got the same cars as mine. i owned the both cars too. i do find that insight sound proof is not very good, do u guys agree? Added on May 21, 2011, 9:50 pm
i hate that feeling!!! anyone hear wind sound wen speed 110++ near driver side windows??
i heard. i found that insight soundproof is nothing better than my NHC. Added on May 21, 2011, 9:52 pmInsight's engine started using IMA motor. Hence no cranking sound. Look carefully below/nearby intake manifold, Insight did have a normal starter unit but that will only be used when the IMA system is too low on battery (the 100v one), or that battery konged redy At least they have back-up plan.
ic. no wonder, it is quiet man. the start up. Added on May 21, 2011, 9:53 pm
What color? I booked mine in march same dealership still no car
haha u kena move to back of the waiting list think probably u managed to bargain for more discount. Just had another DIY after the blue background Honda Emblem.
This time I've changed the rear plate light to super bright LED. Bought those commercial use super bright LED and the brightness is so bright till the floor also can see. ![]() ![]() Cost? Dirt cheap than you buy those branded Philip white LED/Bulb. |

i tinted the 3M crystaline solar film yesterday on my insight.
CR 70 for both front windscreen and front rear windows (driver and front passenger) CR40 for both back rear windows and rear windscreen the CR40 is good, which it reduces significant sunlight into the rear part of the car. ![]() tested smartag at toll, no prob at all! GPS signal is great still. love it. Added on May 22, 2011, 7:01 am QUOTE(chenster @ May 22 2011, 02:45 AM) how many times is the ima gonna work? what is the lifespan of the ima? got 5 years warranty mah, but of course if u want to take care of the battery. then suggest u turn off the econ mode, which it reduces significantly on the number of auto-stop i heard an electronic motor is expensive.. so if i stuck in jam daily.. then the ima will start stop a lot of times! QUOTE(kelvin_hata @ May 22 2011, 01:50 AM) the shop giv me free de.. so nvm la.. but i plan to change back original... HID conversion kit? H11 type will do. But getting into that area is a pain in the ass coz our Insight undercarriage is all covered up nicely to reduce drag. You gonna need to remove the whole front bumper. Watch the video below. not DRL, some kind lik hid for fog light. Honda Insight Fog Light This post has been edited by iphone: May 22 2011, 09:03 AM |
