SGD2.2k should be able to get S pass only. E pass requires 2.5k and above. may i know which industry are you in? my friend with 1st class degree only manages to get S$1.8k in an audit firm over there.

Qualify does not mean you will get it.
A lot of ppl qualify as PR but still did not get it.
2.2 is S-pass as mentioned.
The pass is more towards salary based.
You want an e-pass, demand higher pay or just suck up and accept and improve yourself to qualify for a better pay.

how was the immigrations er?

1. cheapest way is always by bus but it also takes the longest time. From KL, just take express bus. from SG, the ticket will be in SGD and thus when you're comparing both in RM, it's twice more expensive. therefore, you go to kranji, take SBS transit 170 to larkin (JB bus station), then only you buy ticket to go to KL.

1) take a bus from Johor bahru Larkin terminal. one way trip is only rm30+
2) I find airasia to be the cheapest but you have to book at least 6 months in advance for it to be an economical option.
3) some forumers here drive back to kl once in awhile but not every week. You still need to compensate their petrol cost. It will come up to about the same as bus ticket in the end.
