Hey guys,

I just got a job offer to work in sg. Any of you can share about this company?

AEM Singapore Pte. Ltd.
52 Serangoon North Ave 4
Singapore 55585

How's public transport around this area? I'll probably be staying around Novena.

Hi Dantwt,

I'm currently working in Serangoon North Avenue 5. Transport is alright but I live 10 minutes walk away smile.gif

Hey guys,

I will soon start work in Sg located at Serangoon. My sister have been staying in Novena area and is looking to find another HDB to rent. She's working at Changi.

Any recommendations of places to rent that can suit both my sister (Changi) and I (Serangoon north Ave)?

A friend suggested Tampines or Simei. Is it a good idea?

Maybe you should try looking at the bus service? It seem a bit troublesome if you want to take MRT. You will need to switch from green to yellow line, if you're ok with that, or even you have your own transport, i guess it won't be a problem for you as well.

I have no problems with taking the bus or/and MRT to work daily. I'm not familiar with Sg areas, thats why i'm asking opinions from fellow malaysians working there currently.

Again, the question is which area...??

i'm searching for apartment that area too. dropped by tampines just now, area is nice and clean, the 'feel' is quite nice. also tampines1 mall is pretty decent size, about tropicana city mall size and got cold storage as a supermarket.

anyway a colleague gave me a list of real estate agents for rental la if you interested

Thanks for sharing bro. I do feel that the rental in Tampines is slightly higher than other places on the east side.
