hrm ... not really ...

for my case, previously i was under agency company EP, when the time i want to convert to perm, my company apply the EP for me while i still under agency company, once approved by MOM, they have to call the agency company to step in MOM website to terminate my EP, then my company HR only can proceed with the remaining process...
