hi bro, recently I went thru 2 models of media player which are: A.C.Ryan Playon!DVR-HD http://www.playondvr.com/en/#infoand WD TV Live hub http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=570I did a quick comparison between these models and found out that Playon! hardware seems like to be more "geng", any end user has experience with these 2 models and it will be great if bro here dont mind to share them out This post has been edited by leeyung: Apr 8 2011, 09:37 AM

QUOTE(DarkNite @ Apr 8 2011, 08:16 PM) And what makes you choose WDTV Live as the comparison? 1)Similar of price 2)DVR-HD hardware feasibility richer than WDTV Live 3)But WDTV Live have a great support base on review I found around 4)Choppy Navigation on WDTV Live but not for DVR-HD 5)Dual Digital DVB-T TV signal on DVR-HD but not for WDTV Live the pros n cons for each other make me come out with this thread

There is quite a bit to compare i think. What would you like to put beside your 2-3K AVR and speakers etc etc.
Few people advised me to buy this that, good value for money.
End of the day, do they but it themselves?

Media player technology change so fast. Cheaper and better ones comes out every 6-8 months. And look for one with EXCELLENT support and after-sales service. Or buy the high end ones that is RM1000++ This post has been edited by DarkNite: Apr 10 2011, 11:31 AM
