if its raw milk it would mean that the fat content is high, thus not very suitable to those looking to lose weight... what do you guys think?

QUOTE(izwanz @ Apr 8 2011, 12:37 PM) if its raw milk it would mean that the fat content is high, thus not very suitable to those looking to lose weight... what do you guys think? nah eating healthy most of the time does better than stop taking milk. raw milk is the same as full cream milk in terms of content. u just feel raw milk is greasier because it is not homogenized.QUOTE(darklight79 @ Apr 8 2011, 01:40 PM) better than continuing bleeding wallet on artificial weight gainers im supposed? i got vr paranoid n skeptical bout the weight gainer finished awhile ago lol |

A friend of mine tried gomad. He had to excuse himself a few times each day.
The milk came back out both ways. This is a guy that is not lactose intolerant at all. After 4 days he stopped the silly idea. |

But go ahead and try it if u insist, good learning experience anyways.my body adapt to the milk around 2weeks in to this program. it's about consistency n persistent bro as for lactose intolerance, try to get those lactase pills, works like a charm. Not sure if its available at your local pharmacies though. This post has been edited by Darah Harimau: Apr 8 2011, 07:40 PM |

There is no such thing as a short cut to bulking up. And there are a lot of better foods out there than tons of milk. Trust me there are better alternatives to bulking up and i don't mean weight gainers.my body adapt to the milk around 2weeks in to this program. it's about consistency n persistent bro This post has been edited by darklight79: Apr 8 2011, 09:12 PM |

Trust me there are better alternatives to bulking up and i don't mean weight gainers. im currently 174cm weighing 69 roughly. im trying to push myself to 75. question is should i bulk up and lose fat later? or just gain lean mass slowly? for this im quite confuse.gaining weight is kinda hard for me as previously a skinny kid like me eat barely up to 2kcal per day. i now force myself eat up to 4k which consist of 2 litre of milk and 1 serving of serious mass. but after searching and reading up n down found out tat weight gainers contain too much simple sugars, i decided to ditch it after finishing this pack. if like wat u said i should not take milk to bulk up, how m i suppose to reach up to roughly 4kcal with solid food? it will be reali hard. ur help is much appreciated |
