Need advice here.

My 3 years old CM3 has given me problem lately. When the tap is open, sometimes it takes about 1 minute or longer for the pump to kicks in. From the pump indicator, it seems the Power and On indicator are lit, and Faulty not lit. You can hear the pump sound (i assume that's it's running).

Anyone experiencing this before? Care to share?
