Grundfos body  is cast iron while impellers are stainless steel. Do you think plastic is more durable? Taiwan or Italy, they are also managed by Grundfos with their sets of rules and QC. However, with the price that we are offering, our Grundfos Pump's price is quite close to Gemini, so most of our customers will get Grundfos.

Is better to switch off the pump when not in use, e.g. out to work. Any small leak, the pump with switch on, off and that reduce the pump lifespan, and also making the leak worse.

You can reduce the pressure by the regulator and cutoff switch.

After installed i70P water heater, the water pressure still not much satisfying, so probably i will consider to install a water pump at top roof.

The brand is called Euroflo, i'm not here to sell this pump...rather to create awareness of this brand and help more people understand about pumps. You can google search "Euroflo Pumps International" and see the whole pump range, Euroflo caters mostly to industrial pumps and they also have domestic pumps similar to Grundfos,Clazzen,CNP etc..

Yes, there are many brands which are good in the market but some are price on the higher side because of their "FAMOUS" brands. Also some are lousy brands which promise to be good...
GRUNDFOS is an example, it's a good pump...but think of this, if there's an equally good pump which is trying to penetrate the market with a much lower price, would you like to save some $$ and select that pump? If you have the budget then by all means pick a brand which u are comfortable with.

No idea, i don't think GRUNDFOS publish in black and white the db for their CM...my guess will be 70db+
Wrong sizing of the pump will also cause noisy pumping..

FYI, EP240PC is not GRUNDFOS is GEMINI

Actually i did point of the difference before, most resellers try to deceive customers saying that GEMINI is Grundfos

if new house install this water pump will have leaking also? but since its new if leaking just complain to contractor to rectify

I am thinking to install water pump and then change all current PVC pipe to stainless steel.
