Hi,

My Grundfos pump is about 3 years old now. I have a major problem - the pump wont stop running, as in continuosly working. And if i switch it off, i wont have water in my bathrooms upstairs. And after i switch it on, it makes a funny sound and continues to run and run, wont stop.

Can you help me by sending your plumbers or workers to help me look at the pump?

You have done such good job based on the replies from th forumers, so i will trust you will help me solve this proble.
