Bought a Teral water pump from @zheilwane based on his advice. Bought a model which is equivalent to Grundfos CM3-5PM and is cheaper than the Grundfos.

Based on my observations after after weeks of using it, it is definitely silent (as silent as Grundfos), the pressure is very good and the water boost is more 'instant' compared to my previous Grundfos CM3-4PM.

My old Grundfos had a 0.5 sec delay before the pressure kicks in when I turn on the tap. So far very happy with the purchase and the plumber did a very good job installing it and doing a pump bypass.
