Pump can be in side the house. But if can't you need to run the cable from inside to the pump outside. Usually socket is not required, cause the on/off switch are from inside the house.

but my water tank is located above concrete slab area....which is exposed to the hot sun and rain... I wonder how i should
install the power socket and where to put the pump...

I have a question, if we 'off' the power of the water pump... will the water continue to flow down ?

Actually Grundfos do have a model that can control pressure. It is called Grundfos UNI E series.
This pump is like a mini system pump, it has a control panel that will adjust the water pressure level according to the preset level. Originally it is set to run at 2.5bar but you can adjust it to 2 - 3.5bar.

How this pump works?
The control panel controls the speed of the pump, if one person turns on the tap, it will run slowly, when another person turns on the tap, the pump will operates faster. Therefore, you will have constant pressure all the time.

A normal pump like the CH models will operate at maximum speed when someone turns on the tap, when another person turns on the tap, the pressure will drop a little.

Just drop by my showroom if you wanna have a look at the demo. For promotions, please join us in facebook

We use Grundfos and find it quite good. Get the medium one is enough. If you get one too powerful and the internal water pipe in the walls are not made of copper, there's chance that the plastic may burst.

which grundfos model with medium power that u recommend ?? heard there is a model where u can adjust the pressure...
anyone can explain how it works ?? how to select which pressure ?? even though my house is new, i am worry the
piping may burst if pressure too strong !
