It's nothing wrong which one you going choose as long it suits your budget and able to fulfill your requirements. IMHO, googled for information of both device and best if you can try out both devices before you make your decision which you going to purchase.

Yaaaaahh for iPad with 3G ... You need data line packages from local telco ...( so ken a contract min 2 years but only on 3G

On others hand you can always get a wifi set and signed on YES (huddle) ...that is 4G ...better then ant local telco which only served 3 G....

If you have Android & iPhone latest firmware for internet tethering. There's no need for 3G. Save money on monthly cost and even overall price.

But up to you!. biggrin.gif

I only use my iPad 1 to watch movies via Plex in bed at home or via VLC when I am travelling. Hardly use it for anything else so I pretty much happy with it.

as iPad user... my take would be
1. if u are into gaming with iPad especially graphic heavy games like inifnity blade then wait for iPad 2.
2. in terms of web surfing speed ( i think 3rd party app like iCab is better featured) so ntg much to shout there.
3. if u think that iPad is like a brick to you then iPad 2
4. downside = no improvement in screen res for iPad 2
5. if u do alot alot of multitasking and dun like to close programs totally then go for iPad 2

so if u are using it for more of work portability, presentation, reading then stick to iPad 1... or probably get an ipad 1 now since price has dropped....

probably when ipad 3/4 have higher and better screen res, also less dependent on PC (i hope) then i will change!!

Never had an iPad but have gotten myself a 64GB iPad 2 (Wifi version only since I already have an iPhone 4 to tether the iPad if I ever need to use the iPad outside).

I'm happy with my iPad 1..using it to view my reference books in pdf format which I use in my work, checking my emails and Facebook, surfing using Safari and reading online news in BBC and CNN applications. It is pretty fast for what I need to do and I don't need the iPad2. So, I'm sticking with my iPad 1 - who knows if I keep it long enough it will become a collector's item? tongue.gif

The rotation thing u can find on the iPhone. Follows your movements. I think its used to measure units also. Its a wide topic.. just google it smile.gif

Anyway my hubby got the iPad2 already, overall.. find it more worth while than the iPad1. But still no retina display shakehead.gif and the camera kinda sucks tongue.gif iPhone camera still better.. But we use it for facetime thumbup.gif
