Why only 6 teams in seeds? It must be all teams , like this : http://www.hltv.org/news/6611-xperia-play-announce-seeds

.. just means that the rest aren't seeded. even in the link u gave, not all are seeded.

Because there are only 14 teams for local tourney and its straight away bracket play as compared to a >32 team international tourney with group stages ?
