19th is within touching distance now, just need to make one last push to cross the line and we'll be the best club ever in the top tier of English football league

19th league title will took us on the same level as Liverpool. We're the best team in 90's and above while Liverpool are the best team in 60's, 70's and 80's. the only thing we lacked now is our european trophy haul. currently we only have 3. if we can win this year UCL, then we're getting closer to being on the same level as Liverpool in terms of european trophy haul.
*
They have 18, we are level already smile.gif

yeah we lacked behind in terms of european glory, but SAF has always said the domestic league is the most important one for him..not sure if that will change after we won our 19th

owh. ok. thanks for correcting me bro. i thought we're still lag behind them.

i hope SAF won't lose his desire to win when he finally overtake Liverpool.
*
that would be the last thing im worried about...the man has arguably has the biggest hunger for success even though he has won so much, already 69 yet shows no signs of slowing down either domestically or abroad in europe, which is why he's one of the best if not the best ever manager in football...long live SAF notworthy.gif

so ski is 2nd now eh? us leading 6 points with 5 games to go...not the first time we see arse shooting themselves in the foot as the season comes to a close, iirc they did that last season too...that's why some of us think that chelsea are the biggest threat, nonetheless they still equal on points so need to be wary of both...

saw radio head's post there laugh.gif well tbh if we do clinch it b4 going to emirates, doubt there will be a guard of honour, especially when wenger can be such a sour grape almost everyitime he loses

hope the lads are fully re-energized for the weekend against everton, and rooney to haunt his former club again

but sometimes big name manager, can't give guarantee successful season ...

he still need to build the team with right players & right tactic.
just like what Pep Guardiola do at Barca until now ...
*
true, but that still doesnt mean he can guarantee success..as stated by kamkamparadise, he often does not develope good relationship with owners, so there's the risk there..as United fans a lot of us started supporting the club when SAF was already in charge, perhaps the same applies to arsenal fans, some dont prefer having a manager that comes in and out of the club, because whenever there is a change in management, transition is bound to happen whether it is positive or negative...in short, it's a risk some of us do not wish to take

and yeah the only positive coming out from the glazers is that they dont interfere with manager's matters. then again no doubt we are better off without them
