hi all Im new On Galaxy note, galaxy note come with 16 GB Memory, But why i only can use the 2gb From Device Memory ? The Usb Storage 12GB for what Purpose ? How Can i store my apps on USB Storage ? Currently Lack Of Memory =(

a friend of mine told me that even if sony decides to launch a ICS upgrade for the xperia go... i should not go and upgrade it unless there is no choice as it will massively slow down the phone as it only has 512MB of memory...

what does he means by slow down? like apps open slow or it crashes? i read from the net that there are quite some users are dissatisfied with the android 4 upgrades as most reported slowness and lagginess.. wondering if it's hardware related or just over-expectations?

what effect does it have in general.. worst case scenarios.. i don't expect to install a lot of nonsensical apps.. especially not games.. only productive apps for work and they told me even that is not enough as Sony by default puts in a lot of their own apps that is already taking up previous memory space and you can't remove them off unless you find a way to root it..

care to enlighten me a bit on the subject?

i am quite comfortable with it... just that sudden opinions like that came out from nowhere and i was wondering if it is really that bad a phone.. and if it is, why no one has dissed it before...

and what point of slowness is he referring to.. the in-tolerable kind or just a slight annoyance like an app taking extra 5 seconds to launch (which i can accept for a phone in this price range)

he uses an galaxy sIII and was on an xperia S for a short while prior to swapping to SIII... not sure what his reasons are... but he claims the SIII is more superior...

i am not that much of a power user in terms of installing tons of apps... jus basics of what i will essentially need mainly for work... and that is somewhat the shorthand of an IOS device (i personally find)

i know the go has no ICS yet... but according to a forum post.. it's expected around late October... i am keeping my eye on the sony product blog...

the xperia P does twice the RAM of the go isn't it...  from the video.. .it looks as though it is reacting like normal when i tried to go out at the sony store...

haven't have chance to play with the actual apps yet... but have been sifting through the google play store to see if there is apps that i need for work...

this are the essentials i would say... i suspect adobe reader and firefox won't be a problem... others are just personal apps that can take a back seat...

i would definitely be on the lookout to see what are the experiences of other people with around the same hardware ...before i make the jump...

Looking for the best browser for android, specifically for Samsung S3.

Currently I am using Google Chrome, but I felt it isn't as good as I thought. Sometimes, it was a bit sluggish...and it cannot copy and go to "website link".

I tried Opera Mini, but I don't really fond that it needs Youtube Apps to watch video at youtube.com.

Any better browser that can watch youtube.com without relying on Youtube app?

For some reason, youtube app never works for me because it takes too long to load the video, and I don't encounter this problem when I am using Google Chrome to surf youtube.com.
