Hello all, I'm a newb when it comes to phones. SO i have this silly question that i want to ask.

I bought a CSL Mi-320 recently. It comes with gps, but it just wouldn't work! When i open the 'Maps' app, my location can be detected if I have Wifi. But what if when I'm driving and i have no data plan? does that mean i can't use GPS at all?

I asked the seller, he told me to add RM60 to add an offline GPS. I feel like i got conned for buying a phone without a working offline GPS. Please help me. I really need to use GPS and paying RM60 is a little ridiculous considering I bought the phone for RM4XX
