Why not you just copy all your (old) sd card file to your PC, and then copy back to your (new) sd card from PC, and insert the (new) sd card back to the phone?

You can't. Is ROM hard codded stuff. You need SuperSU Right aka Root to change it.

Talking about this. I remember I have same case as you before. I install Xposed (root needed) to disable media scanning. Then my USB/PC no longer recognize my Device Internal Memory (but I have no external memory anyway), after I uninstall the disable media scanning modules from it. PC read my device back again. So your case should be same like the problem Apps flaw cause your PC can't read your phone.

I can't comments on this due to I "never" use Pineng PB before. But I know the "Texas Instrument" and the "LG Battery" using in Xiaomi PB are definitely good.

As always, buyer are responsible for what you have purchase from 3rd party instead of Official Channel. So even myself have no idea the one he selling is Genuine Import from China or Clone Import from China. You have to take the risk and do the homework. Peace

Not only that, online streaming from YouTube take a lot of data as well, if you have unlimited speed as well LTE speed. Not much worry about Battery life as some OEM offer Fast Charge or Swapable Battery.
