just received my Public Bank Double Bonus Month 5 - Feb 2011 today

Low NPL is a good thing but that is not what they concern the most. What they are worried is that many people are accumulating debts by paying the minimum every month or like 30% - 50% of the total amount owned only. This is the reason why they are imposing new rules so banks can no longer simply grant any credit limit to their credit cardholders.

Another news about this new BNM credit card rules. The CEO says that there aren't many people fall into this RM36k and below group.

all cash back for jan and feb has been awarded
if u did not receive, means the cash back was fully given out
i was told by the CS:
jan cut off date was 2nd
feb cut off date was 1st

although I don't really believed, but can't do anything
