Referring to the OCBC Titanium card, call anyone tell me what type of bills fall under the bills category (5% rebate). I checked their website, it says:
(iii)Utility Bills (MCC codes 4814,s 4815, 4816,4821, 4899 and 4900) and I have no idea what are those? |
