I just terminated 2 credit card. Called up to CIMB & PBB and talked to the customer service. Quite efficient,no need go to the branch anymore to do terminatation. Just do on phone

Yup , thank you. On CIMB card,the anniversary date is April and PBB is May. Terminate it early since I alr paid it on last year. No more this year.

I just received Alain Delon Ball Pen from CIMB Bank. Before I terminate the CIMB CC,I used up the point to claim something that I can claim,end up I choose the pen since I use it everyday. I claim it on 3 days ago and today already reached and CIMB are using NAtionwide Express to just deliver a pen to me ..

Just now the guy very rude. I was on the phone and me also in hurry. I on the phone and of course I cannot sign and pick up the parcel. Then he make noise infront of me. Asked my colleague to help me sign. Bloody young malay punk , come deliver,didn't wear nationwide uniform and talk on the phone when I was also on the phone. What kind of service is this !

I called up for card replacement for GSC EOn Bank CC,I got the card within 4 days and inside the envelope they include a free ticket and free popcorn set aswell. So nice

Why I don't have ,I been with HLB since I was 21 and until now .. every month use alots too , I shall throw them my latest payslip with 50k P.A !

Omg , lucky my annual income is more than RM 36k++ , if not I only left 2 card to use , I got 5 card ..... if I earn less than that , I have to terminate others ...

From my understanding,if I earn over RM 36k PA,I can hold 4 card with 4 diff bank. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
