YES ... YES ... YES !!! Called OCBC just a few minutes ago. Found out my Titanium MasterCard is approved    I applied the card through email this time around. The application form was emailed to them on last Thursday night (24 Mar 2011), it was put into the system on the next day morning. Now it is approved. Looks like it took just two working days for them to process my application 

this card using another bank's credit card. My Citibank VISA will soon come to its 1-year anniversary 

any chance to apply Maybank 2 card with my less than 1 year old citibank credit card so that i do not need to provide documents?

If the night club you go to don't accept AMEX, that that place "che-kai" one hahaha. The high class ones,  RM100K also can if you got credit

If you really spend a lot and want only cash back, then get American Express Charge Card and enroll into turbo points and get 3X Membership Rewards Points where you can redeem unlimited cash back equivalent to 1.5%. But seriously, do check out the MBB 2 AMEX which gives you equivalent to 5X reward points where you can redeem for vouchers equivalent to 2.5%, that's 1.5% more than HLB 1%. Or if you shop in 1U, can redeem Treats Points like cash with RCUBED. Go read the link gerradling posted to my blog.

And did you know that the HLB Fortune is also game over when you reach maximum cap cash back RM50/month   You only get extra bonus when you spend RM38K or more per year.
