Have you tried calling the Maybank CS to check the status?

yes i did, but very funny, did not receive my application form at all....wth. previously fax to 03-79538640, MBB CS confirm did not receive it, was told maybe those people haven't send over. no choice, i resend again to 03-22836245(it seem this number very fast compare to previous no.)

it seems that maybank is very fast in updating new cards in our maybank2u...but if we cancel one, it takes months+many calls to cs to remove it from our maybank2u...happens to me twice now..

trying re-faxing back to them then....

yea, I applied for Maybank 2 & OCBC Ti at the same time. OCBC notified me within 2 days that my application was unsuccessful...

The CL range is based on your financial standing and your CCRIS report.

Did you read my post in my blog regarding my wife's MBB Dua application where I did mention here CL range ( not in RM but reference to Rolex and diamond, haha) Click here to read more about it. . Knew someone sure ask about CL so mentioned about it.

I only needed to email them last time to remove my previous MC. After the email, took them about a few weeks to remove the entries.

Is it matter to let it appear in MB2U even though the card had been terminated? My MB2U account still showing the card. I terminated it at the bank branch.

It won't impact anything but personally I'll get it removed because it can get confusing + I'd like my system to be clean of things which are not supposed to be there.

Stupid MBB.
I applied Platinum MBB 2 cards. There approved Gold card for me only. My monthly salary not >5k but my annual is more than 60k.
Fine, if they give me Gold Card. But my CL still 7k. Because my old MBB petronas gold is 7k CL only. WTF, i submitted all my payslip and they never bother to increase my CL. What for i am holding 3 cards but CL only 7k? Pay my insurance already over 7k. MBB is really sucks. Very angry now and thinking to cancel MBB 2 cards even though i havent receive the cards

TNB, SYABAS, Astro, and Digi can be paid via OCBC Online Banking using your Titanium Mastercard.

Telekom can be paid via TM Online and PayOnline.

What insurance are you paying?
if it is Great Eastern, they don't accept AMEX.
Other insurance companies I'm not so sure. You may inquire the Customer Service whether they accept AMEX.

Today call up to check MBB2Amex appli status only to be told the signature page of the application form and the supp ic not received. Hiaz....already 2 weeks liau........... If I don't call they also keep silent.

The point is not insurance.
The point is i'm holding 3 cards but they still dont want to increase my CL of 7k.

astro can pay via ocbc onlien banking using titanium mc

I got 3K increment only in CL with MB2 Gold approval (without applying it). Mind you, I have been MB cardholder for more than 10 years. It still can't match the generous CL adjustment for my Citibank card, which I have been using more than 10 years.

CT is more generous whereas MB is very kedekut. Among the cards that I am holding now, MBB gives the lowest CL.
