Help...my laptop got the Win 7 Total Security problems. I've googled around and I've found that it is a fake alert. It keep on pushing me to purchase the antivirus without giving option to not purchasing. Thus, I couldn't use my Internet Explorer, Mozilla or Safari. They block my access to the internet and saying that my computer would get virus if I proceed. I've printscreen my desktop. Do i really have to format my laptop? Is there any other way to remove it?... Without damaging other programs?

Dear zaidatulsalwa, there are many fake "AV" solutions out there. Please only install approved and verified AV for your computer/laptop. The link below will show the list that is recommended by Microsoft : http://www.microsoft.com/windows/antivirus.../windows-7.aspxI hope it helps you. Have a nice day
