I engaged a plaster ceiling contractor and given the extension of my living room, I looked for the contractor to suggest me design of plaster ceiling to cover the beam and still maintain high ceiling.

The price he quoted is on the high side, RM2.80 psf. He claimed he is using thick alu frame. 1.5 ft apart. I went with him since he is recommended. He did a good job.

The other was like selling plaster ceiling, hardly any creative design. Price was RM2.70psf.

Many can do plaster ceiling, go for quality workmanship and not price alone.
