1- JellyLock7 (custom handler)
2- Cydget (Chronos theme)
3- CustomLS - to hide default lockscreen item


Homescreen:

1- Winterboard ( square mask -> Zanilla -> Solstice )
2- iWidgets (Sense UI iWidgets Pack)
3- Boover - to customize notification badge


Statusbar:

1- Alkaline (LBI Circular BW 28px) - for battery
2- Winterboard (Solstice status bar and clean slider) - for network signals and wifi bar
3- Zeppelin - top hide operator name
4- HideHomeTime - to hide time in the status bar on the homescreen only

can't remember where i got mine, but it should be the same one

the clock is from Cydget (download from cydia) with a theme called Chronos (Download Here)

the lock icon is actually JellyLock7 (download from cydia) with SolidWhite (download from here & follow the instruction)
