hi can anybody teach me how to install the slide on top ofd the screen thingy? the one that can go task managers, refresh the ram memory, short cut to brightness and wifi etc.

Hey guys what are your iPhone 4 RAMs after you free your memory under SBSettings??? Mine is roughly 300mb. Is this normal?
