No idea about that theme but the carrier does not come with the theme. You need to customize the carrier yourself.

You can actually find a lot of custom carrier logo in Cydia. But after you install it u need to customize it as most of it is for AT&T

There's a few ways of doing this, for example SSH. For me, I usually use iPhone explorer program to do so. There are many others out there but I think iFunBox is good enough for me.

Make sure you have WinterBoard installed from Cydia and then place all the themes you've downloaded from the internet in /var/mobile/Library/Themes folder.

Someone PM me asking how did I customized ma carrier logo. I did it with winterboard.

You need 3rd party software to SSH into your iPhoney's theme section. Follow the video below and you will do fine.



Things to alter, instead of "Default_CARRIER_ATT"; change it to "Default_CARRIER_MY MAXIS" if you are Maxis user or Default_CARRIER_DiGi for DiGi user. Same goes to FSO_CARRIER_DiGi.
Lastly, activate via winterboard. Vola.

Sure. What i always do is, just rename the logo (eg. For white, use FSO_CARRIER_Celcom@2x.png For black, use DEFAULT_CARRIER_Celcom@2x.png), and paste into /system/library/carrier bundles/celcom_my.bundle
Those are for celcom, if others, u can find the carrier folder at the same location

I rarely use winterboard method, as the logo somehow will be overide by the system at certain apps. If u want activate the logo through wnterboard, just copy the carrier folder into themes folder.

My advice is, never replace the original files. U need to rename them as i told, which means dont forget the @2x at the back of the name. Try ur luck by rename back the files. If still got prob, u need to find back the original files. Maybe anyone here can get it for u. I'll try upload mine once i got time.

just open the selected themes files via ifile, and try open any .html files. and search : locale. u should find the var locale line, ready to be edit. but some themes put the coding into java files, such as Config.js. just try explore and open, search for the suitable variable
for the weather code, if use the weather.com, u can find the code at the site address. For instance:
The bolded is the code.
Anyhow, some themes use different type of weather.
